I had the California Burrito and next visit had the Carne Asada Burrito last night. Both were well packed, perfectly seasoned and absolutely amazingly delicious. The serving size was what I wanted and expected. Since my old favorite location up the road changed hands back in 2019 I have avoided ordering. Now, I have found Nachos Taco Shop and it feels like I am back in the old days but better. The reviews are spot on and highly recommend this spot. It’s great to experience awesome Mexican food once again after 6+ years.

I ordered two adobada burritos with sour cream and three rolled tacos, and everything was excellent! The lettuce, tomato, and guacamole were fresh, and the tacos were perfectly crispy and delicious. The burrito tortillas were soft and fresh, and the meat was tender with great flavor. I highly recommend Nacho Taco — one of the best Mexican spots I’ve tried in San Diego. Excellent service and very friendly.

Banger spot. Got some rolled tacos and 2 carne asada tacos, those tacos are PACKED. Easily felt like we got 4/5 tacos in the 2. Guy who took our order was professional and quick. Highly recommend nachos. Will definitely be coming back.

Both times i went, the person taking my order was sweet and understanding being extremely patient with me. Would come back. The wait for the food is also relatively short. I waited 5 to 10 minutes after ordering.
